How can I place an order at Toddly Winks?

Simply browse our website and discover our unique collections. When you find the items you love, click the "Add to Cart" button. You can then review your selections in the shopping cart and proceed to "Checkout." Follow the easy step-by-step instructions to provide your shipping details and payment information. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer various payment options through Xendit, including GCash, Bank Deposit, Credit Cards (Mastercard and Visa), and eWallet (Gcash and Maya). If you prefer to pay in installments, Billease is accepted. We also provide Cash on Delivery (COD) with a 2% charge by our courier.

Can I change or cancel my order once it's placed?

Certainly! You can modify or cancel your order as long as it has not been dispatched.

How long will it take to ship my order?

For in-stock items, they will be shipped within 1-2 days. Delivery time will depend on the delivery location. Pre-order items vary depending on the brand and their unique processing, typically ranging from 7-15 days.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently don't offer international shipping, but please contact us to explore options.

How can I track my order?

A tracking link/number will be emailed to you once your order is out for delivery.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged?

Do you allow same-day delivery?

Yes, in Metro Manila and selected areas in Luzon. We offer Lalamove delivery, with costs depending on location and vehicle. Please contact us for arrangements.

Are all products available for immediate shipping?

All items not marked as out-of-stock or for pre-order are ready for immediate shipping.

What are pre-order items, and how do they work?

Pre-order items include out-of-stock or special products. We require 50% partial payments for pre-order items. Delivery times may vary by brand.

Can I send a product as a gift? How does gift wrapping work?

Absolutely! Just message us or select "This is a gift" upon check-out to request gift-wrapping for an additional fee of P15.
